Complete, transparent bidding mechanics, acceptable use policy, and legal protections governing StealRank.
1. Bidding & Ranking Rules
Bids start at $3. Rank is sorted in real-time by total paid bid valuation. Bidding higher than #1 awards the Spotlight position.
When a higher bid is placed by another developer, existing apps automatically and gracefully slide to the next corresponding rank.
To move higher up the leaderboard, submit the same app link. You only pay the dollar difference between your old bid and target bid.
2. Nature of Service & Traffic Disclaimer
StealRank provides digital advertising, indexing, and promotional leaderboard directory placement. While StealRank routes visitors directly to developers' official App Store listings via verified links and camera QR codes, StealRank does not guarantee specific download numbers, user retention rates, or financial revenues. All placements are voluntary promotional campaigns.
3. Trademark Notice & Non-Affiliation
Apple, App Store, iPhone, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and related trademarks are the exclusive property of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play, Android, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
StealRank is an independent discovery directory and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in partnership with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or their subsidiaries. Official app assets, icons, and titles displayed are retrieved via public developer APIs solely for indexing and identification purposes under nominal fair use.
4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy
By submitting an application link, you warrant that you are the verified developer, creator, or authorized marketer of the app. The following content is strictly prohibited:
StealRank reserves the right to immediately remove or delist any listing violating platform standards or regional laws without refund.
5. Payment Processing, Final Sale & DMCA Notices
Final Sale Policy: Bids represent immediate delivery of digital promotional indexation on a real-time leaderboard. Because spot allocation is rendered instantly, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Security: All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Polar & Stripe). StealRank does not store customer credit card numbers or banking credentials.
DMCA / IP Inquiries: If you believe content indexed on StealRank infringes upon your copyrighted work, please email legal@stealrank.app with the app details for immediate review and resolution.
